Almost Sugar Free!

Just to let you all know, I have been treat free for ONE WHOLE WEEK!! The only sugar is the natural sugar in my fruit and the tablespoon in my oatmeal!

go sista! someday I will kick my sugar addiction. But right now as i am reading your post I am eating my peanut-butter bon bon. Enjoying how it taste's but not how it makes me feel. I think you have inspired me!!

WOWIE!!! Way to go! I, too, am sitting here eating a candy bar, just before going in to teach my exercise and nutrition class. LOL! You are a FABULOUS inspiration!
